Welcome to Willyxtee. These Terms explain how you may use https://willyxtee.com (the “Website”), what to expect from Willyxtee, and what Willyxtee expects from you. By using the Website or purchasing furniture, you agree to these Terms and to Willyxtee’s Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Return & Refund Policy (each incorporated by reference, all amounts shown/refunded in USD). If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or place an order.
1. Using the Website
- General Rules: Use the Website lawfully and respectfully. Do not disrupt services, reverse-engineer, scrape, upload malware, harvest data, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Order Eligibility: You must be 18+ (or the age of majority in your country) to place an order.
- Account: If you create an account, keep credentials confidential and notify Willyxtee of suspected unauthorized use.
- Third-Party Links: Links to third-party sites may appear; they have their own policies and Willyxtee is not responsible for their content or actions.

2. Products, Pricing & Accuracy (Furniture)
Willyxtee sells furniture only. Photos, dimensions, materials, finishes, and prices are presented carefully, yet small differences can occur:
- Natural Material Variation: Solid wood and veneers show unique grain, knots, and color shift; handmade tolerances may vary slightly.
- Display Differences: Screens can render colors differently.
- Room Scenes: Only items listed on the product page are included.
- Care Matters: Follow assembly/care guides; protect wood from direct sun, humidity swings, and standing water; respect weight limits; use pads/coasters.
- Errors & Corrections: Prices, stock, and features may change at any time. All prices, charges, and refunds are in USD. If a material error is discovered (price, availability, description), Willyxtee may correct it and cancel/refund any affected order; if Willyxtee cancels, you receive a full refund in USD.
3. Orders, Payments & Custom/Made-to-Order Items
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Willyxtee accepts when an order confirmation is sent and preparation or shipping begins. Willyxtee may decline/cancel any order (e.g., unavailable item, error, suspected fraud/misuse) and may request verification (address checks, bank authorization).
- Payment: Use methods shown at checkout. You agree to pay all amounts disclosed at checkout in USD. Willyxtee does not store full card numbers.
- International Charges: Any treatment of duties/VAT/GST and brokerage follows the Shipping Policy for your country; amounts due (if any) are disclosed at checkout in USD.
- Currency: Transactions/refunds are processed in USD; your bank/PayPal controls FX rates/fees.
- Title & Risk: Title passes after full payment. Risk of loss transfers upon delivery by the carrier to your address (or collection by you/your agent).
- Made-to-Order Items: Items manufactured to specific requests (e.g., custom fabric options, personalized dimensions) may require a non-refundable deposit and cannot be canceled once production begins. Specific terms will be outlined on the product page or in the order confirmation.
- Cancellations: See the Cancellation Policy. Requests may be possible before shipment or before production on made-to-order items; after shipment or once production begins, cancellation may not be available. For international shipments, cancellation may be unavailable after customs clearance.
4. Shipping & Delivery (Freight/LTL for Furniture)

- Furniture Delivery Process: Larger furniture often ships by Freight/LTL. The carrier may schedule a window and may require a signature.
- Installation & Service Upgrades: Standard service and any available upgrades (e.g., room-of-choice/white-glove installation) are defined in the Shipping Policy. Stairs, elevators, missed appointments, or address changes can lead to carrier fees as described there.
- Inspection Upon Arrival: On arrival, inspect packages before signing. If damage is visible, note it on the paperwork, take photos, and contact Willyxtee promptly. Keep all packaging until next steps are confirmed.
5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

- Custom Items: Made-to-order/custom items may be non-returnable except for defects or shipping damage.
- Process: Start a return by contacting Willyxtee first; items should be like-new and, when possible, in original packaging.
- Resolution: Photos may be requested to speed solutions (repair, parts, exchange, or refund).
- Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method in USD; posting time is set by your bank/PayPal.
- Consumer Rights: Where mandatory local rights (e.g., EU/UK withdrawal rights for eligible non-custom goods) apply, they will be honored.
6. Your Content & Intellectual Property
- Willyxtee IP: All Website content (text, images, graphics, logos, videos, layouts, software) belongs to Willyxtee or partners and is protected by law. Do not copy or reuse without written permission.
- User-Submitted Content: If you submit reviews/photos/content, you grant Willyxtee a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, display, adapt for clarity, and share that content on the store, emails, ads, and social media (credit where practical).
- Content Rules: Do not post content you do not own or that is illegal, abusive, or invades privacy. Willyxtee may remove content that violates these rules.

7. Warranties, Safety & Care
- Furniture Warranty: Many items include a limited residential warranty against defects in materials/workmanship (see product page or paperwork).
- Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover normal wear, expected natural wood movement, color change from light/age, improper assembly, misuse, commercial use, or damage from moisture/heat/pets/harsh cleaners.
- Safety: Safety first: Install anti-tip devices on tall pieces; do not allow climbing; use proper wall anchors; follow assembly guides; hire a professional if unsure.
Except for express warranties provided, and as allowed by law, Willyxtee disclaims implied warranties (merchantability/fitness for a particular purpose). Statutory consumer rights that cannot be limited remain in force.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Liability Cap: To the fullest extent permitted, Willyxtee is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of use or profits) not caused by Willyxtee. For any claim, Willyxtee’s total liability will not exceed the USD amount you paid for the furniture item involved.
- Force Majeure: Willyxtee is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside reasonable control (extreme weather, carrier delays, strikes, shortages, government actions, etc.).
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed as follows, with non-exclusive venue in your country of residence where mandatory consumer laws require:
- United States: laws of the State of OH.
- United Kingdom & European Union (FR/DE/ES/IT/BE/PT): your national laws and applicable EU/UK consumer rules.
- Canada: federal and applicable provincial laws.
- Australia: laws of the Commonwealth of Australia.
If any part of these Terms is invalid, the remainder still applies. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Return & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement for Website use and furniture purchases.
10. Changes to These Terms
Willyxtee may update these Terms to reflect product, service, or legal changes. The updated version will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
