At Willyxtee, paying on https://willyxtee.com should be simple and secure for a furniture-first store. This page explains accepted methods, how payments are processed, the currency used, what isn’t supported, and how every transaction is protected. It aligns with Willyxtee’s Shipping Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Return & Refund Policy, and Warranty (all amounts shown and refunded in USD).

1. Accepted Payment Methods

Credit / Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)

  • Choose “Credit/Debit Card” at checkout and enter details on a secure page.
  • Charges are processed immediately and an order confirmation is sent.
  • For safety, Willyxtee never stores full card numbers or CVV. Payments are handled by PCI DSS–compliant processors (e.g., Stripe) over SSL/TLS.
  • Your bank may require CVV, billing ZIP/Postcode, or 3-D Secure/SCA.
  • A temporary authorization hold may appear; it converts to a charge when the order is confirmed or disappears if the payment fails.
  • Approved refunds return to the same card; posting time depends on your bank.

PayPal

  • Select PayPal, log in, and complete payment; you’ll return to an on-site confirmation.
  • If PayPal uses bank transfer/eCheck, processing begins once PayPal marks it cleared.
  • Refunds go back to your PayPal account or original funding source.

Large / High-Value Furniture Orders

To prevent fraud and protect high-value shipments, Willyxtee may take extra verification steps:

  • We may verify billing/shipping details or request a quick confirmation when order value is high, addresses do not match, or multiple rapid purchases are flagged.
  • Orders are held only as long as needed to complete verification.

2. Currency & Pricing (USD Only)

All orders are processed and refunded in U.S. Dollars (USD).

  • If your card or PayPal uses another currency (GBP, EUR, AUD, CAD, etc.), your bank/PayPal converts using its rate and may add fees.
  • These rates/fees are set by your provider, not by Willyxtee. Any differences you see at refund time reflect FX rates and issuer fees.

3. Taxes, Duties & What Appears at Checkout

Any sales tax/VAT and applicable import duties/brokerage that Willyxtee collects will be shown at checkout in USD. Treatment of duties/VAT follows the Shipping Policy for your destination.

  • Where the Shipping Policy states DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)/included charges, do not pay the driver—charges are already included in your checkout total (USD).
  • Where local authorities collect at delivery, that will be stated before you pay.
  • Prices, promotions, and discount codes apply at checkout and cannot be retroactively adjusted after the order is placed.

4. Payments for Furniture Services (Installation, Measurement, Design)

If your order includes additional services beyond the product (e.g., Professional Installation, On-site Measurement Fees, Design Consultation):

  • Full Payment: Service fees are typically charged together with product fees at the time of checkout.
  • Partial Payments (if applicable): For large design projects, Willyxtee may require a deposit. If so, this will be processed via a separate PayPal or Stripe invoice and governed by service contract terms.

5. Unsupported Payment Methods

To keep processing reliable and fast, Willyxtee does not accept: bank transfers, checks, Cash on Delivery (COD) for large furniture orders, or cryptocurrency. If new options are added, this page will be updated.

6. Authorizations, Charges, Refunds & Disputes

  • Authorizations: Card issuers may show a pending hold; most clear in 3–7 business days (issuer-dependent).
  • Charges: Your card is charged when the order is confirmed. If furniture items ship separately, a single charge usually covers the full order.
  • Refunds: Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method in USD; banks and PayPal control how quickly funds appear.
  • Declines / Duplicates: If a payment is declined or a duplicate pending line appears, try the steps in Section 8 or contact Willyxtee—failed pending lines typically fall off automatically.
  • Chargebacks: If something looks wrong, contact Willyxtee first so it can be fixed quickly. Immediate bank disputes can slow resolution.

7. Security & Compliance

Every checkout uses SSL/TLS encryption from your browser to the servers. Payments run through PCI DSS–compliant gateways. Willyxtee never stores full card numbers and limits access to payment info to trained staff for support and fraud prevention. SCA/3-D Secure may be required by EU/UK issuers. Always look for https:// and the lock icon before entering details.

8. Payment Troubleshooting (Quick Fixes)

  • Confirm CVV and billing ZIP/Postcode match bank records.
  • Complete any 3-D Secure/SCA prompt from your bank.
  • Try another card or a different browser/device.
  • Call your bank to approve an online/international transaction.
  • Use PayPal if your issuer continues to block the card.

Willyxtee responds to payment support messages within 24 business hours for all supported countries.
